Elizabeth was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She graduated from Clemson University in 2008 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Education. Elizabeth moved to Missoula, Montana in 2008, where she worked as a paralegal for several years prior to attending law school at the University of Montana School of Law.
While attending law school, Elizabeth was a member of the ABA Negotiations Competition Team for three years, and she participated in the University of Montana Criminal Defense Clinic. Following her first year in law school, Elizabeth clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida in the Criminal Law Division. There, she assisted AUSA’s in felony federal prosecutions.
After graduating from the University of Montana and being admitted to the Montana State Bar in 2015, Mrs. Musick was hired by Oracle America in Bozeman. As a member of Oracle’s legal department, Elizabeth worked with Oracle Sales Teams and Oracle Business Analysts to negotiate Cloud Storage Agreements and Oracle Master Agreements with customers and their legal department.
Elizabeth left Oracle to join Guza, Nesbitt & Putzier, PLLC in March, 2016. Elizabeth focuses on the general practice of law with an emphasis in criminal defense, civil ligation, secured transactions, business law matters, and employment law.
When not working, Elizabeth enjoys hunting, fly fishing, running, hiking, and camping with her husband and their two dogs.
